All twelve tracks sound incredibly similar and throughout all of them I'd say that the band that Look See Proof sounds most like here is most definitely The Futureheads. Half of the tracks present here do in fact sound like absolute carbon copies of The Futureheads music; no marks whatsoever for originality then and marks deducted in fact for pure bandwagon jumping factor.

'Between Here and There' is the twelve track debut album from the Hertfordshire based band that is Look See Proof. The album has seen its release through Weekender Records, and what we have here with Look See Proof is yet another Futureheads style post-punk revival/indie rock band. The band's sound hints at a number of different bands such as Bloc Party, The Rapture, and of course the aforementioned Futureheads. This is not a particularly bad album, it's incredibly unoriginal though and everything that has been accomplished by Look See Proof here has already been done better by others. The 5 minute spoken outro is incredibly unnecessary. Catchy quick tunes with some great guitar riffs None It's the UK Subs - my favourite punk band Poorly compiled Has plenty of songs that can easily be related to life in general. The odd crazy/mad lyric and song.The Rack - Asphyx
A different take on death metal, from the genre's classic period. Thrash sections don't incorporate as well, and poor production is sometimes an issue.

Arthur Brown style strangeness works well. Extensive improvisational jams are rubbish.
Second Wind - Brian Auger
Jazz-rock fusion for fans, with talented performances from Auger. Confused direction, and tedious.
Regeneration - Ascension Theory
Less grandiose space metal for the faint-hearted. No character of its own.
Occasus - Amenta
Talented industrial death metal. Too mechanized and inhuman.
November - Azure Ray
Pleasant background music. Nothing much to it.
Lost In Space: Vol. 1 - Tobias Sammet's Avantasia
Tobias Sammet still has a great voice, and fans of power ballads will likely find something to enjoy Lack of power metal, and what is present isn't very good.

Effective and unique atmosphere, with a nicely depressive metal performance coming almost as a bonus Long-winded and difficult to listen to, in numerous respects.
Contaminated - Atrocity
Skilled grindcore with satisfying death metal elements. Songs were previously available in a more definitive form.
Beyond Good And Evil - Atma
Consistent and hypnotic psychedelic trance. Disappointingly repetitive, without much variation as promised.
