... with Big Brother? Well, it includes two mixes of the theme tune, and most of the songs here have also been heard on the TV show (especially during the short clips about the contestants) - and that's it. It is a bit of an excuse, really - they might as well have called it something entirely different, and I think that it would have sold just as well. Definitely recommended if you like D&B, Dance or... anything else, really! ...more

Please, don't be put off by the name. Love it or hate it, the Big Brother name is there just to make it look trendy. Does it need to be any trendier than it is, though? I don't think so - this is one (or two, rather) great CD(s)! If you're a regular clubber, you'll recognise many of the tracks on offer here - Azzido da Bass' "Dooms Night", Paul van Dyk's "Tell Me Why", Moby's "Porcelain", and so much more. Even though I'm more of a Dance/Trance fan, this compilation fits any mood you might be in at the moment. From the soft melodies of Midfield General and Hybrid to bangin' choons from Prodigy and ...

Ok, I succumbed to the whole Big Brother hype and bought the cd! I may still succumb and by the book but we will have to see (Update - I haven't give in just yet as it seems rather expensive). Before I even attempt to talk about what music there is on this cd, let me say, did anyone hear much music on the programme? Yes, the theme tune by Paul Oakenfold and his gang was very catchy and I will probably still be hearing it in my head in 20 years time. In the weekly shows there was no music, yet on the live Friday night show they had the odd bit but overall there wasn't a lot of music.
