Bittersweet is blu cantrells second album and is a lot more funkier than her frst album so blu.I feel with this album she hasput a lot more effort in to her music than on the last album. The songs range from upbeat to slow songs.

Below I will list the songs then tell you a little more about them.

I love you is a love song but its not a slow one on this song blu is saying you can never tell somebody how much you love them and how special they make you feel and you never now when your gonna go so make sure they know you love them.

Sleep in the middle is about been with somebody but hurting and crying yourself to sleep at night then the other person leaving you for somebody new and him saying he loves her but only till she falls in love with him but he thinks your jealous but your happy that hes gone.

Unhapy is another son about a relationship been with somebody but feeling as though you can never please them no matter what you do and him making you feel useless everyday in the end you reply if your so unhappy then leave complaining about everything you do even your weight saying you have changed but your the same girl he feel in love with the ones whos been putting up with his bull s***.

Impatient is about a sex and wanting it from that very first kiss but not love wanting to feel there lips on yours ,your bodies moving togeather as one.

Breathe now im sure you all know this song it was a big hit in 2003 and it featured sean paul this song is about about been togeather and feeling as though the other person is just using you and breaking up and making up knowing that when it hurts its not going to work but the other person saying they love you and they cant live without you and not to bail but to try and make it work.

Hit em up style was released in 1999 and features on both albums this is about a man doing you wrong and you getting revenge by selling his stuff for every lie he told every time he broke your heart all your dreams he shattered this is a women scorned (men take note.) but she makes it so he has to replace everything and how revenge is better than money.

Risk it all is about been totally in love with somebody knowing you would risk everything you have to be with them knowing they need you as much as you need them loving them for who they are and all the things they do .

Dont wanna say goodbye is a love song its about walking away then seeing them and knowing you still love them asking them what you can do to change things make it like it used to be and never wanting to say goodbye again.

Al you had to say is a song about meeting omebody new when your in a relationship you only see them as a friend but that changes then you realize there no good for you you nly want a few simple words of reassurance but there never there.

Happily ever after this is another song about been madly in love and wanting to spend your life with them to have kids marry them and buy a house knowing anything that comes your way you can work through it.

Holding on to love is aother song about been madly in love feeling safe in the other persons arms and how you feel they came in to your life at the right moment.

Let her go is about an onlooker saying to a man you dont love her you do what you want she thinks your in love but hes not so let her be with somebody who loves her.

Swingin now im gonna let you all make your own conclusions about this song.

Round up is about going out with your friends telling your man no matter what your not waiting for him you and your girlfriends are off to hit the dancefloor and have some fun.

Make me wanna scream is an angry song its about a man telling all sorts of lies you finding out and deciding your better off out of the situation but him calling you saying he lovesyou and not to believe all the lies him saying they all want him thinking hes a player but you know the truth about him.

No place like home is about blus expierences and things she has seen but nothing can compare to the life shes used to and how theres no place like home.

Blu is amongest one of my favourite singers as her music is real life and stuff you can relate to from been in love to that bad break up .I hope you enjoyed reading this review.
