THE ENERGY OF THE MUSIC
SOME RANDOM CHOICES LIKE RAVEN'S MUSIC
Wasteland - Atargatis
Strong leading vocal performance and adequate variation.
Music is secondary to the singing, and doesn't do a lot to impress.
Violent By Nature - Atrophy
Quite good thrash with crazy Megadeth solo frenzies.
Lacks originality or distinctiveness, and starts off on the wrong foot.
The Silhouette - Ava Inferi
Pretty and nasty gothic metal, with an excellent vocal performance.
Songs tend to over-run, and become repetitive and similar.
Spit Blood - The Atomic Bitchwax
Technically accomplished stoner rock that knows when to take it easy.
Some instrumentals are less inspired than others.
Remember Tomorrow - Attic
First song will make some people happy for a few minutes.
Remixes are bad, boring and pointless.
Ptahil - Atrium Carceri
Incredibly atmospheric.
There is nothing else.
Lost Eden - Asura
Excellent atmosphere, and skilled blending of genres.
Deterioration into generic and overlong dance tracks.
Acts Of God - At War With Self
Intriguing progressive/psychedelic rock.
At times too difficult, and at others too dull.
