Advantages: First Track "good"

Disadvantages: The remixes are long, boring and similar to original songs

I was expecting flying colours when "Blood On The Dance Floor" was released. I'd heard that it was mainly packed with remixes, but I didn't let it put me off.
So, I put the disk into my player and the end result? Very disappointing:

Blood On The Dancefloor is an excellent, full beat dance song with the right strengths to get it to the top of the charts.

Morphine is a quite poor attempt of making a Rolling Stone sort of rock song. It has failed deeply, the song's just a load of abusive shouting.

Superfly Sister sounds pleasing at first, with a 70's style theme. But, it should of ended at 3 and a half minutes. It goes on for nearly double that time!

Ghosts is an average tune which doesn't really have any special power that makes you attracted to it.

Is It Scary uses the same lyrics and the same basis as "Ghosts" except it's been slowed down dramatically. Not all that bad.

Now, for the even worse bits:

"Scream" (Flyte Time Remix)sounds way too similar to the original "Scream" to be classified as a remix. Not worth it one bit!

"Money"(Fire Island Radio Edit)is again the exact same sounding track just paced up a tad faster.

"2 Bad" (Refugee Mix) is oddly enough, better than the original. It's reasonably funky, and would be worth buying if ever released again.

"Stranger In Moscow" (Tee's In The House Club Mix) has an introduction (just average, bland beats) that lasts around 3 minutes. Then, we are welcomed to a terrible faster version of the classic we once liked.

"This Time Around" (DM Mix)- Not particulary great. It was already a poor song before the remix, this just makes it dreadful.

"Earth Song" (Hanni's Club Expierence)- All I can say is: The tracks over 7 minutes long, yet it doesn't include that shouting and chanting part at
the end!

"You Are Not Alone" (Classical Mix) is a pleasing effort after the last few songs. It has a sweeter tone than the original.

And finally, as if we hadn't been totally bored out of our heads already:

History (Tony Moran Mix) is a whopping 8 MINUTE LONG! How you can sit and listen to the same vibe for that amount of time is beyond me. For about a minute, there's a certain club feel that makes this song "average".

So overall, I feel very cheated on. This album cost £10:99, and yet it only included 5 new tracks. I strongly advise you to stay clear, unless you're a huge MJ fan and want to own the whole collection (like me).
