Well this is fantastic. If you use to like Iron Maiden and you thought they went off a bit when Blaze Bailey joined them – fear not…Bruce is back and they are back.
I got into Iron Maiden around the time of Seventh Son of Seventh Son and then got, obviously, into all their old stuff. I thought they were brilliant in their time and it was so good to see a heavy metal band full of normal guys. So when Brave New World came out, got hold of a copy and started listening.
They are back to their old form and touring again. I think Blaze wasn’t cut out for some of the notes for Maiden songs but Bruce certainly is. I advise anyone who use to like them but went off them to go out and buy this one – well worth a listen.
