Bring It On - Alistair Griffin

Alistair was a contestant on BBC reality tv show Fame Academy and finished as runner-up to Alex Parks. This was his first (and as far as I know, his only) album, which he was heavily involved in writing. The majority of the tracks here are original, but there are a few covers mixed in too. ***Bring It On*** The album's title track is pretty typical of the album as a whole. Having been a contestant on Fame Academy, the only reason i checked out this record was because he was Fame Academy. In every sense of the word, i think Alistair Griffin is ordinary - he has a OK voice, a OK personality and i think he is general isn't anything special but this is a OK attempt at a record. Bring It On is the obvious single choice being one of the only good songs on this record i'm sad to say, it's got that great song and given that it's the best song on the record so it's the title track!
