One Minute Silence have probably got to be one of my favourite bands. Despite being quite well known in the British metal scene in the past couple of years, they have unfortunately been dropped by their record label, and have never made a dent into the mainstream. They first came to my knowledge when I heard a track on a Rock Sound promoting this album, and about a month later I saw them when they came to Milton Keynes and they put on an amazing show, and are well known for being brilliant live.
