      One Great CD...

      =========================
      Stonebridge - Can't Get Enough
      =========================

Stonebridge, my favourite artist that I have only recently discovered after hearing one of the best Stonebridge tracks " Put Em High ". I was very impressed with this track and it was automatically my favourite at that time. I began to like Stonebridge around July this year and that's when I bought this album from iTunes for £7.99. With plenty of tracks featuring some of the best house music I have ever heard, this album is sure to please any house music fan or any big music fan looking for a new abum to add to their collection...

      === Who Is Stonebridge ===

When someone mentioned the artists name during a listen to " Put Em High ", I automatically thought that it was group of mae artists. Stonebridge is in fact a swedish DJ who really takes house music to the next level. Stonebridge ( Sten Hallstrom ), is equipped with a very powerful synthesizer which creates all different music effects.Although Stonebridge is a DJ, he doesn't give us any of that sqeaky voiced DJ music which I can hardly even call music, this is pure house music...

Many Stonebridge songs feature different singers such as Ultra Nate, Jay Soul, and Da Yeene and finally Therese. These artists each have their oqn completely different voices to make the tracks even more enjoyable, and tasty to the ear. Stonebridge isn't all that well known, but some of his songs have been released on albums such as Ministry Of Sound CD's. Stonebridge has also performed a remix of Robin S's - Show me love, and what a good job it was...

      === The Album Tracks ===

There are fifteen tracks features on this fantastic album. These track all feature the great sound of the house music synthesizer and some great voices...

      ----------------------------------------
      Track 1 - Can't Get Enough
      ----------------------------------------

This title track starts of with a calm soft sound and then in come some of the synthesizer music.
This track gives me a tingle up my spine due to the fact of the effects made by the electronic synthesizer which I never get bored of listening to. This track is really good to listen to if you just close your eyes and listen to all of the background music, and the singing of course. Nearer the end of this song there is such a great bass sounding effect which makes you feel like you are inside the world of the song. Amazing...

The most memorable tracks in this song are...

      " Can't Get Enough
      I'm So In Love "

These are the most memorable lyrics as they include the name of the track in this main chorus.
Therese who sings many of the Stonebridge songs also voices the chorus of this song whereas Stonebridge voices the rest of the track...

A brilliant opening track. I would definitly recomend that you listen to this track...
      4.58 Minutes...

      --------------------------------
      Track 2 - Give A Little
      --------------------------------

This track starts of with a really old fashioned house music sound and then moves on to a sort of Calvin Harris background. " Give A Little Love To Me ", are the opening lyrics. There is a whole lot more singing in this track than Can't Get Enough, and this whole song is sang by Rita Campbell.
The vocals in this song are fantastic and so clear and they fit perfectly with the background music...

" Give A Little Love To Me
      You Keep On Asking Me
I Gotta Say It, I Hear You "

This is a big part of the chorus of the track. These lyrics aren't so thought provoking, but they are brilliantly sang, so clear and the echo's of the lyrics really go well with the rest of the music. This song is one of the reasons why Stonebridge really gives house music a good name...

I would recomend you have a good listen to this track, another brilliant one...
      5.15 Minutes...

      ---------------------------------
Track 3 - Put Em High
      ---------------------------------

I couldn't wait long enough to write about this track. This was the first song I had ever heard of Stonebridge and this was also the track that inspired me to buy this album. The track starts of with a slow jumpy kind of rythm but then moves into a really house music styled peice...

I heard this track being played at the gym once and it really made me work well listening to it for some reason. Therese is the singer in this track and it is sung extremely well by Therese where the most memorable lyrics are...

      " Baby I Don't Care
      Where You've Been Before
      Just Put Em High "...

These lyrics are part of the main chorus and my favourite lyrics of the song just because they really fit in well with the music. I think anyone would like this track as this is another great reason of why house music is becoming much more popular. This is one of the best tracks on the album and one of my favourite tracks because of the effects Stonebridge creates, and the fact that is a more minor key sounding song which is the type I prefer...

You have to listen to this track...
5.26 Minutes. A good old long track...

      -----------------------------------------
      Track 4 - Once In A Lifetime
      -----------------------------------------

This track is an older sounding house music track but it is still one of my favourite Stonebridge tracks on this album. Da Yeene sings the vocals for this track. The vocals are very well sang and again they all go with the background music played by Stonebridge himself. The track starts of with a medium paced rythm, but then moves onto the lyrics soon into the song. My most favourite lyrics and memorable words in this track are...

" Tell Me That You Care For Me
And Keep Me Safe From Harm
For Once In A Lifietime "...

This reminds me of the time someone I really liked also liked me back and they went on about things that they care but I didn't think they did. So for Once I wish they meant it. That is why these are my favourite lyrics of the song because they give me a clear memory. When I was at work, all week I kept singing this to myself, this song is quite addictive, but in a good way...

I would recomend you listen to this song because of it's fantastic lyrics which go well with the music...
      5.23 Minutes...

      -------------------------------------
Track 5 - Show You How
      -------------------------------------

This track starts of with a R&B sounding singer "Jay Soul" laughing about how " You'll never change ". The music is slow at the start of the song which isn't so exiting, but then soon comes the vocals from Julie Morrison, who impressed me with her more higher, tuneful voice. I didn't really take to Jay Soul's singing in this song as it didn't sound right with the background music in my opinion.
The most memorable lyrics from Julie Morrison however are...

" Even If It Takes All Day
      I'm Gonna Show You How
Even If It Takes All Night
      Gonna Show You How
Even If It Takes All My Life
      Gonna Show You How "...

These lyrics are the most memorable as part of the chorus. They are my favourite lyrics of the song because it gives me a nice clear image of how someone is really willing to give so much to show them how they love someone which is quite a sweet thought. The lyrics are also quite clear which adds to the enjoyment of the tracks...

Not the best track on the album, but it is worth a listening to...
      4.33 Minutes...

      ----------------------------
      Track 6 - Freak On
      ----------------------------

This track starts of with some great synthesizer beats and then comes in the vocals soon after. The backing music is obviously played by Stonebridge, whereas this time, Ultra Nate who is a well known singer for her song " Free ". Ultra Nate sings this song brilliantly because I thought it was Therese who sang this first because Therese is a brilliant singer. When I first heard this track I didn't take to it too much, but as I listened to it more and more it grew on me. The synthesizer beats were so different to the other songs, and at first I thought that Stonebridge wasn't playing any part of this song as it was completely different but he was. Very impressive...

The most memorable lyrics in this song are my favourites which are...

" Theres too many people between me and you
      Your right across the room
And theres so much we can do "

These lyrics are my favourite as they are leading up to the main chorus which is also very catchy, but these are my favourite lyrics as Ultra Nates voice really shines by going high and really fits in well with these beats of the track...

I really do recomend this track to be listened to as it can be quite catchy, and it is well sang and well rythmed...
      3.52 Minutes...

      ---------------------------------------
      Track 7 - A Little Bit Crazy
      ---------------------------------------

This track starts of with some computer electronic sounding beats which are quite different to Stonebridges other songs. This song is one to shine as a synthesizer and electronic track with not many lyrics which aren't the easiest to under as they are electronic sounding. This song cheers me up with it's major key sounding tune sang by Stella who I have never heard of before. She does however sing this song quite well although it's not easy to understand though the synthesizer beats, and it get's quite catchy after a while but it also get's a little bit boring...

The most memorable lyrics in this song to me are...

      " A little bit crazy
      Yeah Yeah "

These short lyrics are my favourites as they are sang with quite some enthusiasm and they are quite energetic even though they are two lines long. This track is a completely different track to the rest but with some great beats and vocoder effects, this track isn't bad at all...

Not the best on the album but worth a listening to...
      4.15...

      --------------------------------
      Track 8 - Deeper Love
      --------------------------------

This song starts of with some cheesy sounding beats which is quite hard to explain unless you listen to it. This song is sang by David Gordon, where I first assumed was a man but it is actualy a woman who sings this. Her voice goes quite well and fits in with the song, although I think that this is one of the weaker vocalised tracks on the album, although it's aynthesizer effects give me quite an image of love....

The most memorable lyrics of the song to me are...

" How many times will it take
To find out what I'm hunting for
      Nobody knows it's this deeper
But keeps you coming back for more "

This part of the song is quite catchy leading upto the main chorus " Deeper Love , That's What I'm Looking For". These lyrics are a little more thought - provoking than the rest of the lyrics as they remind me of how many times you really have to try and search for someone you love a lot. I think it is important that an image is made quite clear which makes it all the more exiting...

Not a bad song, a little bit cheesy but fairly catchy so worth a listen to...
      5.40 Minutes...

      -------------------------
      Track 9 - Desire
      -------------------------

This song starts of with whispers in the background which adds to the effect. This song sounds a little like it is a battle between to woman to win a man, kind of strange but thats what the image of the song creates. This song is sang by Bonnie Baley who sings it very well. She vocals are high at some points and low but they are all sang greatly and the lyrics fit really well into the beats of the song which is really important...

The most memorable lyrics in the song are..

      " Desire To Escape
      To A Place Far Away
      A Surrender So Sweet
      Come With Me "

These lyrics are part of the chorus and they really put an image of my head of two lovers who really want each other who want to start a new life " To A Place Far Away". Another strange image of the song but that is what I look for in a brilliant song like this one...

I would recomend you listen to this track and see what you think...
      5.45 Minutes...

      -------------------------------------
Track 10 - Take Me Away
      -------------------------------------

This is my most anticipated track to write about on this album. The song starts of with a slow going into fast speed with some good beats from Stonebridge. The lyrics soon come into the song around 45 seconds of the track, and the lyrics this time are very thought-provoking this time. The song is greatly sang by Therese who is my favourite singer associated with Stonebridge. Therese is very enthusiastic in this song, and her voice is quite soothing. This song gives me a tingle up my spine because of it's high notes and it's great effects. This is also a very thought - Provoking track which is so unique and different to Stonebridges other songs, that's why it is my favourite...

The most memorable lyrics on the album to me are...

" When your away at work
      I'm seeing this other guy
      He's treating me really well
You know I don't ask for much
It's so hard to be alone
      Your always gone
      I I I I I wanna feel the music take me away"

This is one of the main verses of the song which is sang brilliantly and the effects are very active and enjoyable. This part of the song really shows me an image of a woman cheating on a man while he is away, and she wants the music to take her away, in other words a man... Not the nicest of thoughts I must admit, but a very catchy and enjoyable, peaceful yet interesting song...

I would definitely recomend for you to listen to this song...
Another reason of why Stonebridge is so good...
Some great work Stonebridge and Therese!!!...
5.20 Minutes, another great long track to enjoy...

      ------------------------------------------------------------
      T rack 11 - Clorophilla ( Put A Little Love )
      ------------------------------------------------------------

This track starts of with a good beat to it, and then around 16 seconds of the song, it appears a little more lively and cheerful. I have no idea why it is called clorophilla, and the only words that I can understand in the song are the lyrics...

      " Put A Little Love "...

The rest of the lyrics are in a completely different langauge which is a little annoying, although there are some good beats and jungle sound effects which are a bit different...

Isabel Fructuoso sings this song which i'm assuming is spanish but who knows...This track is a little bit of a waste of time to have on the tracks and you can not understand a word unless you talk this language...

I wouldn't recomend that you listen to this track as there isn't much exitment about it at all, and the name is silly aswell...

      5.51 Minutes...

      ----------------------------------------
Track 12 - Gotta Give It Up
      ----------------------------------------

This song starts of with a cheery sounding effect which is extremely unique as one headphone when your listening on your iPod or plugged into the computer, it is brilliant as one earphone or speaker takes in one sound and the other takes in another sound, wuite impressive...

This song is sang by Kenny Thomas. At first I thought it was a woman who sang this song , then I learned that it was a man and got more into the song...

The most memorable lyrics of the song are...

" You Gotta Give It Up
      To Get It Right
      Love is the way "

This chorus and the main vocals are sang very well and energetically which makes the listen all the more enjoyable. I found this song get's a little boring although I do lik the start. This song to me is a little bit too female sounding if you know what I mean. I think that the lyrics could have been a little more thought - provoking even though they fitted well with the syntheszier effects...

Not a bad track, not the best but give it a listen...
      5.10 Minutes...

      ----------------------------------
      Track 13 - Let's Loze It
      ----------------------------------

This track starts of sounding like a Hip - Hop kind of song in a slow pace. The song is sang by Jay Soul who is known for his Hip - Hop style and he sings the song very well and it all fits in with Stonebridge's background effects. At first I thought this track was to different from the usual Stonebridge songs but I got more into it after listening to it a few times now and again, and it isn't a bad song. No swearing and not really any lyrics are mentioned in this song...

The most memorable lyrics in the song are...

      " I'm your man Let's Loze It
Let's head to the club and Loze It
When summertime comes we Loze It "

These lyrcis are the most memorable as part of the chorus. This is a typical Hip - Hop song with the mentions of " Hip - Hop music" and " Head To The Club" which tell us that it is a Hip - Hop song as many feature lyrics like these. It is very different to have Stonebridge involved with a Hip-Hop stlye of music, but it is very different to some of the other tracks whih again is very enjoyable and interesting.

I think that the effects and the background music could have been a little more interesting however, but this song was sang very well and it was quite enjoyable so I will let Stonebridge off with this one. Although at times there were some good beats that fitted in well with the lyrics...

Not the best song on the album but have a listen and see what you think about it...
      4.24 Minutes...

      ----------------------------------
      Track 14 - What A Day
      ----------------------------------

This track starts of with a very slow paced sound which gives me a little shiver up my spine for some reason. This is probably due to the fact that it is quite a relaxing tune without any loud or hard hitting beats. This song is sang by Da Yeene who also sang " Once In A Lifetime", and it is easy to recognise her great voice in this track to...

The most memorable lyrics in this song are...

      " Feels Right
      Sunshine
      La La La
      What A Day
      La La La
      What A Day
      What A Day
      What A Day "...

This is the main verse of the song which is sang very slowly and peacefully which is quite interesting and different to the rest of the songs. This is such a peaceful and relaxing song so I would recomend you have a listen to it...

      Very nice to listen to...
And a nice long track to...
      6.38 Minutes...

      ----------------------------------
      Track 15 - 60 Seconds
      ----------------------------------

This track is literally played for sixty seconds. This track is a definite dissapointment to end this great album because there are no lyrics, no good music and no special effects at all. This whole track feels like a Jungle typed track which doesn't really relate to house music at all. I feel that this track is a big waste of time to have on the album and a bad way to finish the album of...

I would not recomend you listen to this very short and unexiting song unless you like Jungle music or slow sounding and boring music...
      Literally 1.00 Minutes!!!...

      === My Opinion ===

In my honest opinion, I have to say that this album is the definite reason of why my favourite type of music is House. I was not dissapointed with the track overall, even though there were some weak points, but the rest of the tracks make up for the mistakes. I feel that Stonebridge could really be more at the top if people were to purchase this album and his other album " Music Takes Me ". Stonebridge's music is what I class as the best house music in the world. I could listen to most of these tracks without getting bored over and over again. I am just so shocked at what a synthesizer can do, and what an image that these lyrics can create inside your mind, it's amazing really!!!...

=== Why Should You Buy This Album ===

You should buy the album if you are a big classic house music fan because this album will look fantastic in your CD collection or on your iPod album list if you are buying from iTunes. You will be extremely impressed by this album for many reasons as I have stated throughout my opinion. You may not even be a big house music fan yet, but songs from this album really inspired me to become a house music fan which has really made me think back to a lot of memorys because of the lyrics and the beats of the music. This album coul be a treat for you or a treat for someone near christmas time and I'm sure you or your gift receiver will NOT be dissapointed with the alum overall, I can assure you...
