Cereal Killer is Green Jelly's 2nd album, originally called Green Jello, the band started out as a comedy punk band from New York, getting chucked out of various clubs for their antics such as smashing televisions on stage, they played as a support band for The Ramones in the mid 80's as well as New York Dolls guitarist Johnny Thunders, after various events involving ice cream, green jell-o and other such desirable deserts, the band gained the reputation as a food-throwing rock n roll act. They later add an element of heavy metal in to their music and this can be seen on this album. The album was released in 1991 in funny circumstances as the band approached ...
