Falconer's second album is subtly different from their debut, following a largely more melodic approach and incorporating folk elements a little more substantially, though the old problem of each song sounding exactly the same still presents an issue. Mathias Blad's singing will doubtless appeal to many, but in each song he varies from impressing me to annoying me intensely, most evident in the move from the catchy chorus of 'Decadence of Dignity' to the irritating, somewhat nauseating verses of 'Enter the Glade.'
