Britney Spears could never be accused of being the type of person that observes, she is in the spotlight. We are all aware of Ms Spears troubled life and this album seems to stick two fingers up to the world and say - I'm Back! Britney Spears was consistently a success, after a lot of change in her life she disappeared from the music scene (although not the headlines) and came back with Blackout. A good album but didn't get the play it should have because of the problems she was having. I don't think the public thought she was ready and almost shunned her comeback. Circus however (not to be confused with 'The Circus') is amazing. This is ... Read the complete review

THE ARTIST Its Britney bitch!! What else can I say? Over the last ten years, Britney has become one of the biggest selling artists of all time, a tabloid legend, and a true superstar whose name will undoubtedly live on far longer than any of her peers. Mediocre talent and personal troubles could not stop Ms Spears from selling over 83 million records and gaining adoration and ridicule in equal measure, the world over. This last year (or four) have been tough for Britney. In that time she managed to go spectacularly off the rails, destroying the 'not so innocent but still a good girl' persona that helped her build her multi platinum career, with ... The new Cd from Ms Britney Spears that came out on the 1st December. I like Briteny's music and I resisted buying it from the shops until wednesday the 3rd December. I was convinced I could get it cheaper online, but cracked when I was in Asda. I got this CD for £9.50. This is called CIRCUS. I have to say I was disappointed by her X Factor performance, don't see why she said she mimed to concentrate on her dancer - she's been performing for years. If she's still on about not being mentally stable, then she should be doing her comeback! Anyway to the CD, the 6th album from her and to me it dousn't disappoint. 1. WOMANIZER The only ... Britney Spears? What can you really say about Britney that hasn't been said already? At the age of only 27 she's been through more in her life that most people twice her age have. She was thrust into the spotlight at the tender age of 17 in 1999 with her monster hit Baby One More Time... this song is so famous that even my Dad knows the lyrics to this track and he hates pop music! The iconic video may have had something to do with it though, back in 1999 it would have been pretty much impossible to find a straight male who didn't have the hots for Britney. Britney has released 6 studio albums to date: ... Baby One More Time (1999) Oops!... I ... Read the complete review

Britney is back, after shocking us on the news she now is shocking me with her new album Circus. I was never really a Britney Spears fan but my sister bought this album so I was basically forced to listen to it, turned up extra loud when I was getting ready to go out. However surprisingly I think that this is a really fun album. Womanizer The first song Britney released from this album, it is a song about a guy who acts innocent but is really a real ladies man and a womanizer, it is a faster paced song but well the lyrics aren't that demanding so you could probably sing along within seconds of hearing the chorus. Circus This song ... Read the complete review
Products similar to Circus - Britney Spears
War Master - Bolt Thrower
More accessible without compromise.
Medium tempo is less thrilling.
The Unexpected - Beautiful Sin
Power metal that balances melody and heaviness.
Female vocals are occasionally unimpressive, and the Helloween "cover" is plain cheeky.
The Scream - Siouxsie and the Banshees
Original for its time, highly influential
Certainly not to everyone's tastes.....
The Acoustic Adrian Belew Vol.1 - Adrian Belew
You may be a fan of acoustic albums.
Dull and repetitive, with weak material.
Teknowhore - Bile
More atmospheric and compelling than the previous album.
Some bizarre commercial deviations that don't sit well, and generally overlong and tedious.
State Of Control - Barren Cross
A more finely-honed performance, introducing progressive elements.
Glam tendencies remain to spoil it.
Io Sono Nato Libero - Banco Del Mutuo Soccorso
Higher production values and continuation of the classical style.
Structural problems from the first album are back in full force, spoiling all songs to some extent.
Grind Bastard - Benediction
Catchy, riff-driven death metal, with some interesting classic rock/metal covers.
Sound is repetitive, and the album perhaps lasts a little too long for its style.
Blindside - Blindside
A less aggro-centric Slipknot with slightly more musical ability.
Nothing original, merely an obvious smorgasbord of influence.
