Collision Course was a kind of side project collaboration between rapper Jay Z and alternative rock group Linkin Park released in 2004, together the two artists mixed their previous songs and made a quite interesting gangsta hardcore sound, which although completely different in music genres and sounds is actually really good.

You can buy Collision Course in most good music shops for around £5 which is a decent price, though there are only 6 songs on the album.

The track listing for Collision Course is as follows:
1.) Dirt Off Your Shoulder/Lying From You
This is a mix of the Jay Z song Dirt Off Your Shoulder and the Linkin Park song Lying From you, it is not the best song on the album though it has a really gangsta felling to it which is well complemented by the mostly rap based song Lying From You, which is one of my favourite Linkin Park songs.

2.) Big Pimpin/Papercut
This song wouldnt be my favourite from the album, I dont really think that the two songs work well together, and Papercut which is the best Linkin Park song ever in my opinion, seems to be ruined by the other song Big Pimpin.

3.) Jigga What/Faint
Jigga What is a Jay Z song and Faint is a Linkin Park song, this is a great mix in my opinion, and though again is not the best on the album is still worth listening too.

4.) Numb/Encore
This is one of the best (and the most popular) songs on this album, its a great mix of the Linkin Park song Numb and the Jay Z song Encore, if you like this song then you will probably like the rest of the album (or most of it).

5.) Izzo/In The End
In The End is probably the most popular song by Linkin Park, and Izzo is a Jay Z song, this is another average mix of songs, it easy to listen too in my opinion though not that great compared to Numb/Encore and 99 Problems/Points Of Authority.

6.) Points Of Authority/99 Problems
This is my favourite song in this album, it is also quite popular and is a mix of the Linkin Park song Points Of Authority and the very popular song 99 Problems. This song is really worth a listen too and is by far better than the other tracks on the album.

Overall
This is an average album, there arent that many songs on it, though Numb/Encore and Points Of Authority/99 Problems are by far better than the other tracks on the album and worth a listen too, especially if you are a Linkin Park or Jay Z fan.
