First things first, this album has nothing at all to do with Richard Whitely, this I am sure has came as a relief to some of you out there. Instead the title comes from one of the songs on this album (well two of them if you count the extended mix that is also present). The title also signifies that this is a compilation counting down from 1992 to 1983. First things first, if you are not a fairly big Pulp fan then this album is probably not for you. However, if you are the type of person that can appreciate the exquisite lyrics, great singing and musical excellent that Pulp, in my opinion excel at; then this album is for you.
