"White tornado" is an instrumental "Toys in the attic" is an aerosmith cover which is quite striking. I recommend it to serious REM fans as it contains work not on anything else but it probably wouldnt appeal to a lot. Ranging from excellent to pants it has 20 wide varying tracks so i suppose its value for money. Of course its remastered so isnt put together that well and sounds quite dated at times. "Crazy" starts the album and is a cover version from "Pylon" "There she goes again" is another cover version this time from Velvet underground, quite a nice cover actually,i think Velvet underground and Lou reed are one ...

Relive the film, Great collection of love song Too many christmas songs

A couple of fantastic tracks..... ....on a rather disappointing album

the very very best of early REM, shows their roots, shows their maturity in music, some less well known but brilliant songs it might take a little time to grow on you

Catchy melodies, sharp production, inspiring lyrics None
