Having no knowledge of Rick Ross other than seeing a review of his album on Dooyoo and fancying giving it a go, I was very impressed with what I head. The biggest strength of this album comes in its musicality - the tunes are just brilliant. Lively, active, full of addictive riffs and horns, the tracks are some of the best I've heard in a long time. There's a certain Kanye West vibe to the tunes, and it's no surprise to see him pop up for a collaboration. The lyrics tend to revolve mostly around the wealth, fame and trappings of Ross' success as a rapper.
