This is an interesting album from someone i dont really like very much at all but i was interested enough to have a chance with the album. Ronan Keating is irish and quite obviously is ex-Boyzone boyband member. He's the most popular and in the 90's crossing over to recently he had a up and down career to being really really massive to being signed. This album was released a couple of years ago, and in my opinion isn't one of his highlights or best. Well for a start there is no When You Say Nothing At All or Life Is A Rollercoaster. Very often you find that in every boy or girl band there is one member that has that little something extra that makes them stand out among the other members. Take Robbie Williams for example. Clearly the member of 'Take That ' with the most potential and just look at him now. Ronan Keating fits into that catagory. Once the lead singer with the boyband Boyzone. Now Ronan is very successful with his career, both as a solo singer and a manager. Ronan Keating - Destination Ronan was never going to have any drastic musical revamp, but you get the sense that "Destination" is an album born out of boredom rather than that driving need to get down the perfect 3 minute pop song down on tape. In the time that preceded the recent number 1 single "If Tomorrow Never Comes", Robbie has disappeared off to LA with Rachel Hunter and apart from Enrique there are really no viable competitors to compete with the Irish Prince Of Pop.
