Advantages: I'm Outta Time, simply awesome

Disadvantages: Ain't Got Nothing, should have been dropped

For a few years now people have been slating Oasis saying that they have past it and can't make good music anymore...
all i have to say is that is rubbish.

If your after a Definitely Maybe or What's The Story Morning Glory, well this isn't it, but it is the best Oasis album since Morning Glory.
Oasis have grown up and with them so has their music, out are the more pop tunes and in comes the pure rock 'n' roll with thumping drum beats and heavy guitar playing.

Noel isn't writing all the songs anymore which has given a more varied sound. Easily the best non Noel song to come from Oasis is I'm Outta Time, which was written by Liam about his idol, John Lennon. This is sung with true meaning by Liam which as it's about his idol gives it a really haunting sound.

If thats not your cup of tea you can listen to The Shock of The Lightning, which is fast, load and full of adrenaline which would not be out of place on DM or WTSMG.

Falling Down is fast becoming a live fans favourite along with To Be Where There's Life and The Turning.

If your an Oasis fan then i'm sure you already have this album, if your not then you should still get this album as it proves Oasis DO still have IT and not only can Noel still write good songs but Liam is joing in aswell.

Summary: Great, rock 'n' roll album
