Amadou & Mariam Dimanche a Bimako (2005) Never heard of them? Would it surprise you if you heard that they are the most well known proponents of 'Afro Blues'? Balanced fusion of industrial and rock elements.
All been heard before.

Greater band performance.
Still falls in the face of competition.

Jenny Lewis, the indie-sounds of a band learning the ropes of music
Meandering feel, no real 'kick' songs

The music is extremely energetic and fun.
The best I feel is yet to come.
The Alternative - IAMX
There are a couple of remotely interesting moments.
Most of the album is despicably dull.
The Beauty Of Contrast - Sinew
The album is packed full of atmosphere, the music is action packed from start to finish.
Some of the tracks are quite long, this could put some people off listening.
The Beyond - Cult Of Luna

Side helping for fans of modern Borknagar, with good vocals and guitar.
Less impressive than the primary band.
