Advantages: Brilliant tracks
Disadvantages: Some of the tracks may be abit samiesh for some
Darius may appear to you cheesy, minipultive and boring but his music is most certainley not. ''Dive In'' is Darius' debut album, which went platinum and also spawned off four major top twenty hit singles. Darius' musical style is mainly pop but more rockish and gutair based. The songs are very nice - some ballads, some very catchy pop songs and a few good rock tracks as well.
''Colourblind'' is an instantly catchy pop track. This was his first single off this album. The song is very nice and very catchy. Mainly pop but quite rockish too. Darius shows off his voice her too. This is instantly catchy and very good.
''Rushes'' is another very catchy pop track by Darius. The lyrics are very good and the chorus is very catchy. Darius sings in different tones and again shows off his voice. Excellently produced as well.
''Incrediable'' is incrediably catchy. Again a very good chorus with nice verses as well. A very rockish pop track, Darius sings well.
''Girl In The Moon'' is a very nice and mellow pop ballad. The lyrics are very gentle and Darius sings very well, the track is catchy and the chorus is very good.
''I'm Not Buying'' is a nice pop song. This is very catchy and very likeable pop track. The lyrics are very slow and the chorus is very catchy and the lyrics are good.
''Dive In'' is a very nice pop song. This is a good song, it is very rockish. The chorus is very gentle. It seems very meaningful and deep as well. It is quite catchy as well.
''Gotta Know Tonight'' is a very gentle mellow ballad. Very catchy and seems very well written. Good production and well sang.
''Sliding Doors'' is an amazing pop and rock track. An instanbly catchy chorus, the verses are very good. This is well written, it is a very diverse track. It stands out and i like this, very catchy.
''Simple Like The Truth'' is an outstanding and incrediable pop ballad. The lyrics and the music are deep and meaningful. Darius sings well. This is excellently produced, well written, catchy and it is an amazing track.
''Better Than That'' is a very good pop track. The lyrics are really good, the song is very catchy. It seems very catchy. I like the musical beat to this. Darius sings well.
''Mocking Bird'' is a good pop ballad. This song was apparently written about Simon Cowell. This song is very deepful and meaningful. This is well written as indeed it is catchy. This is a very good track and well produced.
''Mercury Rising'' is a nice ballad. The song is very mellow. I like this song, Darius sings well. It is very gentle and mellow yet catchy.
This album also includes an ''Untitled Hidden Track'' this track is really nice. This is track 69 on the album. The song is very mellow, the song is very mellow and meaningful. I like the lyrics and the chorus is gentle yet catchy.
This is a very good debut album from Darius. It is filled with a good selection of catchy pop songs, meaningful ballads, very good rock tracks and some good soul songs. This album is really good, the songs are very catchy, Darius sings well, It is apparent the songs are very well written. Darius sings well and this is well written and produced.
