Just a very quick review here...
In a word No.....
I am not a big fan at all of the Pet Shop Boys. For me I find they're 80's throwbacks who are just old and dress stupidly. Do not like any of their songs and find them boring and not particularly good...Sorry!!!

After the electricfying performance on The Brit Awards, I was reminded why the Pet Shop Boys are one of the most original and artistic pop groups who the UK have ever seen. Neil Tennant and Chris Lowe might stay out of the public eye, but the music speaks for itself and never fails to set my pulse racing. If I had to pick some highlights from the group over their career, I would plump for these tracks: 'It's A Sin' is about as anthemic and bold as they come, clocks ticking down, orchestras, cymbal clashes and Ian McKellen in the video (I think it's him). This always makes my hairs stand on end. Intelligent lyrics were always at the ... Read the complete review

Music began in the very early stages on human development, when cavepeople (very PC) slapped sticks against trees. Of course this music was primitive, somewhat unadventurous, lacking in thought and skill and seen today as nothing but pants. Which brings me nicely to the Pet Shop Boys. When they dripped onto the music scene in 84 with West End Girls I thought, here's a band that will have a huge and successful carreer - totally undeservedly. Quite frankly they've made a career of creating pavement dross - music that's as inspirational as Lemmy's moustache and as middle of the road as hedgehog liver. Yet the fans out there are in their ... Read the complete review

Has a few songs that let the album down
The Final Experiment - Ayreon
Ambitious and enthusiastic rock opera for sci-fi/fantasy fans.
Confusing moral message, some really bad lyrics and some boring songs.
Suffer - Bad Religion
great songs, bad religion at their best
some of the guitar needs sorting out
No Control - Bad Religion
some amazing songs
none
Minutes To Midnight - Linkin Park
Great CD, lots of great songs on it
not exactly what linkin park fans are used to
How Could Hell Be Any Worse - Bad Religion
Classic Californian punk, with a nicely raw sound.
Few songs distinguish themselves.
Borknagar - Borknagar
Excellent musicians brought together for an intriguing concept.
Structurally uneven at times.
Actual Fantasy - Ayreon
Approachable Ayreon without the flamboyance.
Less distinctive and exciting as a result.
01011001 - Ayreon
Interesting concept and some enjoyable prog metal for Ayreon fans.
Feels like a derivative step backwards, and constrained by concept.
