Advantages: Great tracks, very consistent

Disadvantages: Needed a few more standout tracks

Oasis are probably one of the most popular bands ever with hits such as Wonderwall and Don't look back in anger. They are from Manchester and formed in 1991. This is their seventh studio album and it was released in 2005. Here are my favourite tracks from the album:

(1) Turn up the sun; a great intro starts off the album positively. This is a typical Oasis song, the singing is typical of Liam. All the instruments work well together; it's more of an instrumental song.

(3) Lyla, the first single released from the album, it also featured on one of the Fifa games. It's a catchy tune, definitely a radio tune.

(5) The importance of being idle, this was one of the other singles released. I think this is probably the best song off the album. The lyrics great as is the singing. The video was also a highlight.

(6) The meaning of soul, another great song. It speeds up the pace. It's a very short song.

So this is a good album but it's not their best but it's a must buy for any Oasis fan. There are some great radio hits and Let there be love is a great ballad.

Summary: Good album by legends Oasis
