Advantages: Great compilation

Disadvantages: A few good tracks left off

There are so many different genres that pop music can be broken into and some artist can tick many boxes within these genres, Gabrielle for me is defintley one of them, she's easy to listen to, I guess it's pop but with hints of R'N'B too, but one thing is consistant with her music, fantastic melody lines and very catchy choruses.

In 2001 Gabrielle released her Greatest Hits Compilation by the name of "Dreams Can Come True". Boasting 16 of her top songs, from her earlier works right up until the turn of the century, from soft smooth songs like "Walk on By" to the delightfully feel good factor of "Out of Reach" , there are plenty of excellent songs on this compilation.

Normally I'd find it hard to recommend anything that has even a hint of East 17 involved but there is something about Gabrielles work that is very likeable and I would recommend this as a perfect intorduction to her music. As a fan of Greatest Hits albums I'd say this is really good and urge anyone who enjoys a mellow melody accompanied by a beautiful voice to take a look.
