Ziemia I Slonce - Ankh
Sometimes successful blending of rock instruments with classical folk violin. Sometimes not.

Reptile Ride - Amoral
Competent melodic death metal without the rubbish bits. Rather bland all the same.

Devour, Rise And Take Flight - Android Lust
Nice vocals, and some interesting electronic touches. The best songs steal from Nine Inch Nails, and the worst are just dull.

Captain Morgan's Revenge - Alestorm
Hearty tales of wenches and conquest, performed with vigour and power. Still reliant on others' established styles at this stage.

Andromeda Unchained - Anubis Gate
High quality and still accessible outer-space prog metal. Some songs are too similar, and it lacks originality.
