It was to prove to be the last album with the original line up but for Grant Nicholas and Feeder it would prove to be the one that finally broke them into the main stream. It was just before they recorded the follow up to this album that drummer Jon Lee committed suicide, leaving the legacy of Feeder’s best album behind. That was afterwards though and before hand Feeder were still looking for that elusive album to give them a taste of chart success. After the release of this album the line-up of Feeder was to change due to the suicide of the bands original drummer Jon Lee, this therefore resulted in a change in sound and direction for ...

Clear signs of advancement.
Not quite sure where they're headed.

Powerful vocals, high production values and an enjoyable mood.
Rooted in the past with few distinguishing features.
Bleed The Grey Sky Black - Bella Morte
Modern gothic rock that everyone can enjoy, even pretentious bigots like me.
Lighter and poppier songs are disappointing compared to the more experimental offerings.

A less aggro-centric Slipknot with slightly more musical ability.
Nothing original, merely an obvious smorgasbord of influence.
