Foo Fighters: Echoes,Silence,Patience and Grace. A superb album by The Foo Fighters it is the 6th album released by them. Released in september 2007 the opening track ' The Pretender' was a big hit. I purchased this album as a long running Foo Fighters fan, and after hearing The Pretender and Long Road To Ruin. There is a nice variety of songs on Echoes, Silence, Patience, varying from solid drum based Rock songs, to acoustic pieces featuring the Piano. THE PRETENDER The album opens up with The Pretender, which begins with the twangy clean guitar sound, along with some mellow vocals from Dave Grohl.
