I will start this review with a brief history and background knowledge into the bul ups to this album and the aftermath of the album.When the legend Syd Barrett founded Floyd and practically invented 60 s psychadelia the band were not really about popularity,seriousness or about making money.It was something to do,to change the whole beatles or rolling stones choice forced on the young generation of the 60 s but to offer an alternate genre of music.After Syd s tragic mental brakedown it was nt as if the band suffered unforgivingly they were relieved Waters now owned the band and Gilmour replaced Barrett.After Relics was released(the first famous set of songs released by ...

In the haze and the first rays touch the sky' is this saying referring to Syd again? Fearless has to be in contention to be my favourite P Pink Floyd song this showed perhaps more than any other song on the alb um that they could actually write short lyrical songs with meaning and emotion. Dav Gilmour is playing the acoustic guitar quite lightly and the musci is clam and sublte to go with the lyrics. This for me maybe it doesn't show their true potential musically but lyrically and the structure of the song its superb. The one line in the song makes it all worthwhile 'Fearlessly ...
