Electric Ladyland by Jimi Hendrix really is a remarkable album and it really is one of my favourites. This was the third and last album that Jimi Hendrix and the album was all written and prodcued by Jimi Hendrix. Electric Ladyland was originally released in September 1968 and so has been around for many years now. I bought this album for £10 from Vigin and you can buy it for just over £9 at Amazon which is a very good price for an album like this by none other than the great Jimi Hendrix.

This album features 16 wonderful tracks that you can play to yourself for hours. What I really liked about this album is how Jimi Hendrix is able to show off his guitar playing skills. This album contains some great hits including "All along the watch tower" and "Voodoo Chile" amongst many others. The guitar riffs are just umbelivable and it just leaves you in amazement when listening to the music. I would really recommend this album to any guitar players because it really is fantastic. I admired the album for how varied and diverse it is in terms of genre, being a wide mixture of the different forms of rock.

The album does offer a lot and there is a wide selection available and of course because it is Jimi Hendrix were talking about, you will not be disappointed. The lyrics are also very good in many of the songs and the album had an overalll quality to it and you can tell it had been produced well. I find it amazing that despite this album being released in the 60s it can still regain popularity with many people. If you want to listen to how the guitar can be played at its best and get dancing this is the album for you! I hope this was useful and thank you very much for reading this.
