This CD may be getting old now, but my no means rusty! Mine is almost always in use as it contains some great music! The Kaiser Chiefs currently seem to be a bit dead, but their Employment CD brought me joy and happiness with plenty of up-beat and good songs. Their tunes are catchy, their style is unique, and their music is also of great excitement.

Everyday I Love You Less And Less is a great song, and can express the way you are thinking sometimes. It starts with a rather retro style intro, but it quickly gets into the song with good lyrics and rhymes that make it so great. There is a rather large build up to the chorus, which is more quite and not so powerful. This isn't my favourite song, but it isn't bad at all.

I Predict A Riot is an excellent song that I thoroughly enjoy. It starts with an intro of a guitar with drums coming into play. As the atmosphere has been built, the singing starts. The lyrics are fantastic in my opinion and pretty random - not about love but about random incidences and happenings. Just before the chorus, the vocals reach a length to be singing 'la la la' before the chorus starts. The chorus is very catchy, and the song continues with some cheesy lyrics. The song is made excellently with a good sound and all the gaps filled in with different instruments. There is also a good variety from slower tempos to faster ones, but the song is quite loud in general - one of my favourite.

Modern Way is a good song, and starts with the clicking of the tongue as an intro. The intros seem to be of similarity in every song. They make good use of the ability to use their mouths not only to sing, but to perform sounds too. This song is quite boring with the lyrics, but it has a good tune behind it. Not my favourite song, as it has a boring tone to it with flat lyrics.

Na na na na naa is quite a good song, but of extreme randomness with the chorus simply singing the name of the song. This one is actually about a girl, but not my favourite. However if you are into such unique and random music, this is the song for you! You Can Have It All has a different feel to it when its played, and isn't very catchy.

Oh My God has to be my favourite song. It has a unique intro with some kind of keyboard accompanied by a piano, then further with a drum set. The lyrics are very repetitive in sound and quite boring, but not as boring as Modern Way. The lyrics are very good and the chorus is excellent singing 'Oh my god I can't believe it, I've never been this far away from home'. It has a very catchy tune and is great to listen to. It has very good background coverage too throughout the song with the added extra of voices shouting at points as well!

Born To Be A Dancer is quite a good song and very catchy. The lyrics are good, accompanied and following the tune of a guitar with other instruments too. Saturday Night is a very up-beat song and isn't so much singing, but sounds like shouting. Probably my least favourite song but it does have a chorus that is too my liking. What Did I Ever Give You is a very different, slow-paced song, which I am not in favour of. It is quite boring and of extreme randomness. Time Honoured Tradition is also a unique song but has good lyrics with simple background coverage and some good rhymes. Caroline Yes is a very laid-back song, but I am loving it! It has a very good tune and is about a girl called Caroline. Last but not least, we have Team Mate. This song is very slow-paced, and too slow for my liking. It has very different accompanying sounds and instruments and is quite boring to listen to.

Overall, it is a very good CD. I love the way that Kaiser Chiefs compose their music with the use of their voices in many different ways. Their music is definitely unique and you can spot it from a mile away! They have some very up-beat and good songs, which are my favourite. These songs tend to be towards the beginning of the CD, so I may play up to track 5 and then just start again. It's a good CD though, and I appreciate listening to all their music as I quite like the Kaiser Chiefs!
