Although very popular in Canada and the USA, the Barenaked Ladies have never achieved a huge following here in the UK, which is a shame, as they produce brilliantly written lyrics with catchy tunes, have gorgeous voices and are a force to be reckoned with when seen live. This album, their sixth, is not my favourite of theirs, but it is very good nonetheless and has a few absolutely superb songs. Everything to Everyone is perhaps their most experimental album and has a huge variety of tracks. The Barenaked Ladies have been unfairly maligned by the mainstream music press in recent years. Remembered by many as nothing more than "that novelty band who did 'One Week'", 'Everything to Everyone' - the band's sixth full-length studio album, and perhaps their most consistent to date - should prove more than sufficient to dissuade any such preconceptions.
