Due to the lack of an entirely accurate opinion on this, the album voted by Time magazine "Album of the Century", I feel it my duty - nay my privilege - to properly review Exodus. Natural Mystic, also the title of his second posthumous compilation album, deserves a lot more recognition than it receives. This is a haunting (and dare I say mystical?) tune, with its deep, slow bass, wailing guitar and Bob's voice gently pulling the track along. Unbeaten in Bob marley stakes, it was not only released in the year of my birth but it boasts some of the best reggae tunes ever written. This is the kind of album that seems kind of incomplete if the songs aren't listened to in the sequence intended, and is a completely natural mix of buzzing chilled outness. I have to say that I am a little bit bias as a huge Bob fan but he totally excells himsef in this fantastic album.
