Fever is Arguably Kylie Minogue's best album to date. Pure pop, dancey tracks is what she does best. With the massive smash hit Cant Get You Out Of My Head (written by Cathy Dennis) leading the album and topping the charts for 4 weeks in the UK, it was the perfect start for an incredible album, which went on to top the UK album chart for a number of weeks.

Fever reached number one on the Australian and most European charts and sold 1 million copies in the United Kingdom alone. To-date the album has sold six million copies worldwide and broke into the US Billboard top 100 at number 3, her highest ever US chart position.

And it's not hard to see why. This album is simple perfect pop. A sublime mix of fantastic dance tunes, including Can't get you out of my head, In your eyes, Love at first sight and Come into my world, nestled as gems amongst a chest full of gold, with the rest of the album packed full of great tunes. These timeless, memorable pop tunes just never get old, and you'll be listening to it years later and it still sounds just a fresh, fun and sexy, which is a sign of a true classic, which this most definitely is.

2002 saw Kylie launch the huge £5m Fever tour covering Australia and the UK. A large, extravagant performance which sold out and delivered one of her greatest ever live sets from the first night to the last. Supported by her fantastic live voice, band, team of dancers and boundless energy, Minogue put on a fantastic, mesmerising performance of hits, new and old, with enthusiastic dance routines, sexy outfits and great visualisations to complete it, she took us from Outer space, to a Clockwork orange and a night Paris, and did it in style.

Fever took Kylie to new heights and cemented her return to the top of the charts, following on from 2000's camp-pop triumph Light Years album, scooping two Brit awards for Best International Album and Best International Female, and confirming the Australian pop princess as not only one of the greatest pop artists of all time, but also one of our most treasured entertainers, whose warmth and talent will radiate for a long time yet.

A fantastic pop album, highly recommended! The CD package is lovely too, features Kylie in a white skimpy sheet showing off that famous backside...

Can now be found on Amazon for just £4.48p

Summary: Brilliant Pop Album
