When people say the fist blink 182 album is the flyswatter, well they are wrong very wrong. It is infact a demo, yes a demo tape and there was only 30 made of them. The blink 182 members and family even did the colouring on the tape covers.

There were 8 songs on flyswatter and some were so good that they were later released nto budda which also was a demo originaly. In an interveiw with Ton delonge he said "It was so amazing for us at the time to release flyswatter but now I hope no one hears it again".

Apart from finding the 1 of 30 flyswatter tapes in the world you used to be able to download it on the internet on. www.absoulutepunk.net but then it changed and soon wonce the site has been made the songs will be back on the net. And the site is www.geocities.com/krpto182.

Just in case you want to know the blink 182 record history goes like this:

1 flyswatter was released in 1992 and the band name then was not blink 182 but blink. They had to change there name when an irish techno band named blink threatened to sue them.

2 Budda (demo) also had the name band name as blink for the first 500 copys. Budda featured songs from flyswatter.

3 Ceshire cat blink 182s first album was recorded in a low budget studio and therefore was a bit messed but still a great album.

4 Budda was released as an album.

5 Enema of the state was released and made them very rich and famous and as a result blink 182 were called sellouts.

6 The tom, mark and travis show was blink 182s first ever live album and was so funny children all over the world p*ssed themselfs with luaghter.

7 And finaly blink 182 released take of your pants and jacket and firstly brought out the single rock show and that became a massive hit in both US and UK charts.
