Advantages: Some good tracks, experimental

Disadvantages: Some of the experiments don't work!

Fall Out Boy is one of those bands that split people into two groups, those who love them and those who hate them. They first burst to fame with their third album Under the Cork Tree with hits such as Dance, Dance. This is their fifth album and it has fourteen tracks. This was a hard album for Fall Out Boy to make as the previous album, Infinity on High was so successful and in my opinion the perfect pop punk album for them but whilst I don't think this album is as good it still has some classic songs.

My favourite songs off this CD are

(2) I don't care, I love this song due to its simplicity that helps make it so catchy. The lyrics are also brilliant with such lines as "I don't care what you think as long as it's about me.

(4) American Suitehearts, I love this song, its so catchy I can't get it out of my head.

(5) Headfirst Slide into Cooperstown on a Bad Bet, despite the long and random title this is one of the best tracks off the album. The lyrics are almost as equally as random.

(9) 27 is also one of my favourites and one of the more memorable tracks off the album.

(10) Tiffany Blews, I love the chorus of this song.

Summary: Decent attempt by FOB but just falls short of greatness.
