Test Icicles, well where do I start? They are in every way unique, maybe not so much original though. Do you ever get that feeling, where you know how awful a band is, and yet you still listen to them? (Maybe like the way I sometimes listen to lady gaga - she's awful, but compelling). The short-lived dance-punk band Test Icicles's first and only musical offering is an experimental and unique album which tries to merge musical influences from across the board. Unfortunately, they fail more than they succeed in creating a memorable album. As the album roars into action with a loud discordant note and loud drums, the vocals kick in on "Your biggest mistake" in a burst of punk fury. The chorus of sorts is well developed, with a quick tempo change soon winding the song back into the song's start.
