The lyrics reflect this and push it even further. Expect confrontational and offensive lyrics. Their music will engulf and send you through an experience like you've never known before. Mindless Self Indulgence belong to a genre of their own. Its a fusion of metal, rock, techno and industrial. They have such a unique sound it's hard to take in for a first listen. "Frankenstein Girls Will Seem Strangely Sexy" isn't "mindless self indulgences" best album by far. This is probably because it came out in 1999 so was one of their earlier albums. However it does have a number of very catchy tunes so is worth buying. The whole album doesn't seem to have one main concept through out, but is more a mixture of live performances and random bits of their lead singer (Jimmy Urine) talking to the crowd. If you can get past the offensive language and repetitive lyrics then you will uncover a very good album.
