"Free At Last" came out in 2007 and was the second album from the underground Philadelphia rapper Freeway. The Roc-A-Fella signee is given a chance to work off the hype of his 2003 debut, and push things forward with the help of Cool & Dre, Bust Rhymes and Jay-Z. 1.
