For a band who are in the Guinness book of records for having the most hits in a single year (12), it seems rather tragic that the Wedding Present haven't achieved more acclaim. These days the Wedding Present's chief driving force and songwriter David Gedge slums around with his new project Cinerama. The band haven't played together since 1997 but with the re-release of 'George Best' and 'Bizarro' on Camden Records Gedge has hinted at a reunion.
