Advantages: Pure brilliant genius, a fantastic listen, and very danceable.

Disadvantages: Impossible to chill out to.

The fourth album from possibly one of the funkiest bands to grace the world in recent yearsis, some may say the best yet. immediately we are thrown into the first release, 'Set The Record Straight' which sets the tone for rest of the album. no more poncing around with any tracks like 'Replenish' from the album with the same name, this album is pure rock. the second track is the shortest on the album but possibly the best, with Kenwyn House ripping into a superfast riff that is repeated throughout the track. next up is the title track getaway which cannot possibly fail to get your foot tapping with a truly singalong chorus. Up to track four the songs are a little different to usual but number four, 'solid' is a little more reeflike, with a truly solid chorus stating, 'sound that makes you come.' Track five, 'All i want,' brings a welcome relief from the real guitar driven opening to this album with a fantastically mellow tune, only to be followed by true rock classics, 'Hold On' and 'Saturday'. The last four tracks rovide a fitting ending with two remarkably mellow tracks followed by pure punk rock. all in all this album is brilliantly produced and well written and played by the band. it beats the socks off the first and third albums from Reef but still cannot quite match Glow's standard. but then again, will anything ever get that good again.
