My Favourite Tracks
=================
=================
1. Umbrella
=================
Everyone knows this song. I think it's a bit like Marmite, you either absolutely love it or you really hate it. My opinion changes all the time with this track, I like it but it has been played way too much now. When I first heard it I was completely hooked by the rather annoying "you can stand under my umbrella-ella-ella-ay". Annoying as it may be you can guarantee that it will stick with you all day! It is a good track but one that shouldn't be listened to daily, it will drive you up the wall! It's a great party tune though, everyone knows the words to the chorus so it creates a great atmosphere. 9/10 (I would have given it 10 if it weren't for the annoying factor!).

5. Shut Up And Drive
=================
I have to admit, when I first heard this song I really hated it! This is a song that you have to listen to a few times to really get into it, it definitely grows on you. It's a bit different in style compared to 'Umbrella' and not as catchy but it does have a good tune with almost a rock-chick feel, something that you don't normally see with artists that usually go with R&B or pop. I have to say, that although the chorus is catchy, not much else about it will stick with you, so whether that's a good thing or not, I don't know. I think a good song should stick with you all day but that's just my opinion. 6/10.

6. Hate That I Love You
=================
Oooo cheesey pop time! This duet with the lovely Ne-Yo is soppy to the maximum! Filled with harmonies and lovey-dovey lyrics. I don't normally like this sort of music but these two artists voices blend really well together and sound great. It is a good track if you like this sort of thing, even if you don't, give it a try because like me you might be surprised! It does have an R&B edge to it instead of full blown pop which is definitely a good thing, this track was actually quite successful. I can see why, even though it is a bit over dramatic in places, overall the lyrics and vocals are good as well as catchy. 8/10.

10. Rehab
=================
Back on top of the R&B craze with this track. Rihanna's catchy vocals and lyrics definitely make this track a winner. When I first bought this album this was the song that I had on repeat for quite a while. If It's played too musch it can get a bit tedious but every once in a while is good. The guitar intro is a nice touch too, I think that only Rihanna can pull this song off without sounding whiney though! The chorus is great with some weird (but good) electronics thrown into the mix too, 10/10.

CD2

Commenting on the second CD would just be repeating myself because there are some tracks repeated but they are remixes-some good, some not so good. My favourite remixes from this CD are:
Umbrella
Shut Up And Drive
SOS

My Overall Opinion
=================
I like this album. I definitely don't love it, there's nothing really bad about it apart from the fact that it has been re-released way too many times now. I don't really see the point in CD2 but it's good if you like dance music I guess. I would recommend buying this album if you are a Rihanna fan, it has most of her hits on here and all in all it's pretty good. Overall I would rate this album 7/10 (would have been higher if it weren't for all the remixes)
Thanks For Reading!
Summary: A good album but too many re-releases
