not really agreatest hits but certaintly worth your money (Greatest Hits - Bruce Springsteen)

Advantages: a sneak preview into some of the bosses best work

Disadvantages: it doesnt include a lot of the bigger hits

bruce springsteen greatest hits, this is a bit of a dodgy title as firstly it doesnt some if his biggest hits where is i'm on fire , cover me, war, im goin down, one step up, tougher than the rest, etc etc.
what it does include is songs from born to run till the hit streets of philadelphia, and 4 new songs recorded with the e street band at the time. so a greatest hits it isnt as even some songs were nver released as singles i.e thunder road and atlantic city, though they are considered classics.
so the album its self is it worth your money ? well yes defiantly. but you'd be better of getting the later album the essiential collection which includes more hits right up until the rising album and also includes classics from the first two albums on 2 cd's thats better value.
this however includes one of the best rock songs ever born to run, the classic thunder road, the anthem badlands, the classic the river, the pop hits dancing in the dark and hungry heart, the brilliant streets of philiadelphia, the hit secret garden and the hits from the 90's human touch and better days. which is sure worth the buy. it also has murder inc previously unreleased and a newer verison of the then unreleased this hard land plus blood brothers written for this greatest hits album as a tribute to the e street band.

Summary: a good album of classics and extras but id sugest getting the essential collection
