Advantages: Lovely electro pop vibe to album

Disadvantages: Nothing I can think of

At the start of 2009, singer & songwritter Victoria Hesketh better known as Little Boots was earmarked my much of the media to be the biggest new act to watch out for this year. If you listen to this her debut album, you can see exactly why.

I would describe her style as electro pop with many delights featured on this her debum album. Highlights include debut single "New In Town" & the latest single "Remedy" but apart from these there are many other great tunes on this album includes "Hearts Collide" & "Stuck on Repeat". I think what makes her so wonderful is the fact that she's so distinctive from anything else that is out there at the moment.

Currently I've seen that this album is available through HMV online at the bargain price of £4.99 so it's defintely worth experiencing.

If you get the opportunity to see her live, I'd definetly recommend it as she's been amazing the times I've been lucky enough to see her perform. Also from interviews I've seen & what I've read about her, she seems a really nice person who's interested in making good music rather than getting in the newspapers for the wrong reasons like some other celebrities.

In my opinion this is the pop album of 2009 so far!

Summary: You're missing out by not giving this gem a listen
