Luckily enough for me this one only set me back a fiver so I never lost out on too much. This is a album that I have reservations about what to do with, do I leave it to gather dust in the cupboard or do I give it away(if you want it pay for P&P and it's yours) or do I use the lovely coloured lime and orange coloured cd's as nice bright coffee cup coasters. ...more |

It's to decide where to start with this one as I already know that i am going to be giving this album a negative op. Well the album itself has 38 tracks and is mixed by Lisa Pin-up and Andy Farley. It is however nothing in comparison to the first two albums as this album sounds and feels like it was produced to purely cash in on the first more popular releases. The cd itself does not even sound as though it was made to a very high quality as some of the tracks sound nothing but tinny and unpleasent. as an ex boy-racer i grew up with listening to this style of music when driving and noticed that this is not an album that you would want to continue ... Mainly repetitive, but with the occasional track that'll send a disco wild - Advantages: Phatt Beats, Phatt Base - Disadvantages: Not all the tracks are as good as the first one

Don't like some of the covers The chance to hear some outstanding music. It's a shame the original songs have faded into the background. A good variety of contemporary music May include a few tunes that you'd rather not listen to Still a few cracking tracks especially at the beginning Disjointed, too many filler tracks Great music, lyrics and vocals None Full of Classics. tuneful melodies powerful lyrics in a consistent collection of songs not everyones cup of tea, some may find the album a bit samey
So Called Chaos - Alanis Morissette
easy to listen to full album without skipping tracks It's only 45mins long, you have to put it on repeat a lot
Reek Of Putrefaction - Carcass
The ultimate grindcore experience. Difficult to listen to.
Homovore - Cattle Decapitation
You may get a cheap laugh. Not fun.
Fuck You All - Carpathian Forest
some great songs/riffs, entertaining lyrics and songtitles, good vocals some unengaging tracks, not as good as the previous album
Death Proof - Soundtrack
Brilliant selection of otherwise relativly unknown music. Of which I find none.
Noir - Callisto
Skilled and progressive post-metal. Still suffers the anxiety of influence.
Champion - The Audition
An amazing band with spine tingiling vocals not their best album
Carnivore - Carnivore
Great mix of styles. Semi-tongue-in-cheek chauvinism may put some people off.
Retaliation - Carnivore
Angry, energetic crossover thrash. Lacks the variety of the previous album.
