Alexander O'Neal dropped his second album, "Hearsay" in 1986, a year after debuting with a self-entitled record to burst through on the music scene as another force in the R&B/Soul scene of the mid eighties. The Mississippi native's top material came out of this album, and allowed him to breakthrough as a worldwide mainstream performer. 1. "Intro" 2. "To Make You Love Me" To get things going have a song to begin things which takes on the form of the funky Dance-R&B of the time. Alexander is the gentleman of soulful pop, he has been going strong since the mid eightes, though his presence in today's music scene tends to be reserved for appearing on reality tv shows which is a shame as his voice is still there. Vile - Cannibal Corpse
Graet riffs and melodies
explicit lyrics
Tomb Of The Mutilated - Cannibal Corpse
Archetypal death metal.
Attempts to shock are pretty desperate at times.
The Bleeding - Cannibal Corpse
More consistent performance.
Dull vocals, and easy to drift out after the first song.
Testify For My Victims - Carnal Forge
Improved vocals.
Outside of cheap gimmicks and different lyrics, all songs are the same.
Symphonies Of Sickness - Carcass
Greater musical skill, more satisfying songs.
May disappoint grindcore purists.
Gore Obssessed - Cannibal Corpse
They haven't become a nu-metal band, at least.
More of the same, worse than usual.
Fractured - Capharnaum
Some great guitar work.
Nothing particularly interesting here.
Eaten Back To Life - Cannibal Corpse
Enjoyable slice of early death metal, without over-reliance on shock value.
Uninspired.
Hammer Smashed Face - Cannibal Corpse
Cannibal Corpse's good song, and some okay covers.
Unremarkable performance.
Butchered At Birth - Cannibal Corpse
Ha ha, it's horrible.
Poor performance spoiled even further by terrible production.
