I have to admit when I received the first Chilled Ibiza album, I was very surprised at the quality of the compilation. The selection and variation of the track was excellent and the overall feeling you are left with is quiet calm, a very good chill out album. Therefore volume 2 has quite a lot to live up to, could this be a second choice chill out selection? The double CD compilation is mixed by Lenny Ibizarre; and who better than a producer of chilled vibes that is himself immersed in the white Balearic island of Ibiza, to set down the right vibes. CD 1 start off with the Lenny’s mix of the classic Riders On The Storm by The Doors, luckily nothing is changed too ...

collection, and the Various styles will fit well no matter what mood I am in, and it was nice to hear so many talented vocalists, as I was dreading some instrumental album which would send me into a slumber. A thoroughly enjoyable album, but now I need to find somewhere to put my new hammock, so when I listen to it again with my chilled bottle of lager, I can capture the full ambience! What I would say though, is if youown one chillout album then save your money and don't buy anymore, and the majority of the tracks are the same on all of them. ...

Warner Brothers? Well it blows every other chill-out album I’ve seen out of the water. The track selection of both CD’s is superb, blending together tracks by Artists such as Zero 7, Kinobe and Aim with classics by Sabres of Paradise, Underworld, Vangelis, Bjork and Terry Callier. This subtle mix of quality pop and leftfield coffee shop soundscapes works well in that you sing and tap along to the really well know tunes while letting your mind drift along to the tracks which all s ound comfortingly familiar. This is exactly how good chill-out music should be. CD 1 begins ...
