Products similar to Hello World - XRabit & DMG$
With No Human Intervention - Aborym
An interesting project combining extreme metal and dance/industrial.
True fusion is rare, most songs falling into one category or the other with disappointing simplicity
The Metal Opera - Tobias Sammet's Avantasia
Classic power metal inspired by an epic theme.
Nothing too out of the ordinary or particularly grandiose in this first part.
The Album - Ultrabeat
pretty green eyes
none really
Slaughter And Apparatus - Aborted
Aborted continue to improve, refining and incorporating further melodic elements into their sound.
Owes a significant debt to Carcass' 'Heartwork,' preventing it from being groundbreaking.
Sci-fi Lullabies - Suede
The first disc is amazing
A bit more hit and miss on disc 2
Riders Of The Plague - Absence
Making melodic death metal interesting again.
Still owes its sound entirely to earlier Swedish bands.
Metal Heart - Accept
Accessible pop-tinged metal that still sounds great, with a wide diversity of styles.
Some inevitably terrible, awful songs.
Deceptive Awareness - Ablaze In Hatred
Some great modern doom on the even-numbered songs.
Some incredibly average modern doom in-between.
Abomination - Abomination
Fine early death metal.
Repetitive and derivative.
Abydos - Abydos
A great modern metal opera combining the best elements of the style and few of the weaknesses.
The concept and lyrics themselves are far from riveting.
