The Vast majority of Charity records are absolute garbage!! That’s not to say that I don’t buy them, it’s a good cause after all, and at the time they sound alright or maybe even amusing but do you listen to them a couple of years down the line – I think not. What sets the HELP project apart is the quality of the music; recorded in 1995 this cd features the cream of both indie rock and dance from that year. he Help! album is the second soundtrack to a film as A Hard Days Night was before it. The first song is the title track which unless you can't stop listening to Britney Spears, you should know about whatever generation you are from. It's a Lennon song with a great melody and lyrics. A McCartney song follows next called 'The Night Before' which has a good beat to it. You've Got To Hide Your Love Away is a great Lennon song which prior to buying this album i had never heard, however it very quickly grew on me. I Need You is one of two Harrison songs on Help! Help. In the words of John Lennon. Nearly all Beatle fans today realise that this was a song coming from deep within. It was John Lennon's cry for an escape from the dark, frightening Beatle mania that had enwrapped the four of them and suffocated them so much that John Lennon felt he couldn't breathe.
