Adequate seven are a seven piece band from south wales.These are one of the best skacore bands,its a shame that this band are not around anymore.

This is the last album they released before they said they were spilting up.Despite leaving their hardcore roots behind them a little in order to go more mainstream this album pleased fans old and new. Still selling out every local gig they play Ad7 are as popular as ever and this album sends out a resounding message to the music industry about how good these guys are.

With the catchy bass part and heavy gutairs riffs,this album is a great listen.'now its time'is a stand out with the brass and the lilttle rappin and the chorus is totally different with women vocals.
Other notable tracks include the re-recording of old favourite "Gotta Stay Focussed" which was strange at first but does grow on you.
This album is a really funky album mixed with heavy/rock!This band are amazing live,they really gets you going!Its just a shame They aint together anymore.But you never know they may do a reunion tour like some other uk ska bands.

Not every1's cup of tea,but they are really talented and different!
