Well I am going to have to completely disagree with 'Frankingsteins' review of this album. I absolutely love this album! I have seen this band live when they supported 'Silverstien's tour last year and i was blown away, they played perfectly live. It is such a shame that this band is no more (well, the singer left, so they need a new vocalist) after only one album, one hell of an album. The genre of this band is officialy 'christian/emo/metal' , which is a strange combination if you think about it.... however the sound they produce is unique, how can this be compared to usual emo music? 'His Last Walk' is the first and currently only full-length release from Christian-themed American emo kids Blessthefall, and despite boasting unreasonably high production values, it completely fails to stand out from an already over-encumbered scene of bandwagon-jumping angsty teenagers balancing piercing singing voices with unconvincing displays of guitar-based aggression. You may now have some idea of my opinion of emo, and this isn't one of the best examples. Blessthefall seem to be associated with some of the major acts in the emo scene, mainly through joint national tours, but I can't imagine anyone who's already into the more well-known acts finding ...
