Kid Rocks latest collection of past, new and re-done songs is a huge improvement on the somewhat immature Devil Without a Cause Album. Kid Rock puts forward a varied field of music in this album, but they all help to blend the album into an overall nice compilation. The main song is American BadAss which features the music of Metallica and the Rap of Rock over the top. This song was recently performed and is now used by the World Wrestling Federation which shows its attraction. Aside from American badass, there are various other songs that differ in genre but are much more calm than in his previous album. Early Morning Stoned Pimp features Joe C and a funk style where as some of the other songs are similar to the work of Dr Dre and Snoop Dog. Its a damn good album, but as always with Kid Rock, it requires a certain taste in music to be liked. If you own the previous cd then this is a must. I love the album and would recommend it to anyone
